This Ontario Notary Public embossing seal is on a Shiny EZ-ED Standard Desk Seal. This embosser unit is placed on your desk like a conventional stapler. The revolutionary mechanism gives you a 30% mechanical advantage over traditional embossers and is much easier to use. It is available with your choice of one of seven different layout options.

    Select the position that you want to emboss your paper from. The default position is from the bottom of the paper but the dies can be mounted so you can emboss from the top or bottom or the left or right hand side.

  • Do you need a digital copy of your impression.

    Do you require a digital copy for directly embedding in your documents?   We can do that.   We provide two images, one a jpg image and one a png file; the png file will have a transparent background.    Both files are 300 dpi, suitable for print.

  • Would you like to see a proof before manufacturing?

    If requested, a PDF proof will be sent to the email you provide at checkout within 12 hours of your order (business days).  Please watch your e-mail check your junk email folder and make sure to provide us an email address that can receive an email with attachments. If you do not receive an email within 12 hours please contact us.
