(1) Please check your order thoroughly, as corrections to your order cannot be made once your order has been sent to production.

(2) Please verify your shipping address, including suite number, postal code, province, and other relevant details.  If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, there will be a $25.00 re-shipping charge to re-ship the order.

(3) If your order qualifies for any coupon code discounts, please ensure they have been applied before completing your payment.    Coupon code discounts cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed and paid for.
