Alberta Notary Public embossing seal, pre-configured layouts for an Alberta Notary Public on a Shiny EZ-EM Pocket (Handheld) Seal. This embosser unit is held in your hand like a large pair of pliers or handheld staplers; a soft rubber handle makes it comfortable to hold. The revolutionary mechanism gives you a 30% mechanical advantage over traditional embossers. Requires some hand strength. It comes with a hard plastic carrying case. Available with your choice of seven different layout options.

Under the old legislation, an Alberta Notary didn’t need to affix a seal to an affidavit or declaration to be valid for use within Alberta. The new legislation requires a notary to affix a seal to all documents, whether for use in Alberta or out of province. The seal must bear the notary’s name and the words “Notary Public” and “Province of Alberta.” (Section 5.)
