Corporate Seals, Notary Seals, Logo and Stationery Embossers
Corporate, notary, and stationery embossing seals are used to permanently authenticate paper documents. Each embossing seal consists of a seal press and a set of dies. While the dies are most commonly circular, they are also available in square or rectangular formats. When pressed together using the seal press, the dies create a permanent embossed impression on the document.
Our custom embossing seals are available in both desk seal and pocket seal styles. Our smaller desk and pocket seals are manufactured by Shiny® and feature an innovative mechanism that allows users to apply up to 35% less hand pressure while increasing the pressure applied to the paper. These custom embossers are ideal for corporate, notary, school, wedding invitations, logos, personal use, and stationery applications.
We offer five embossing seal sizes: 1 5/8″ round, 1 3/4″ round, 2″ round, 2″ × 1″ rectangular, and 2″ × 2″ square. Our laser-engraved seal dies can include logos and custom artwork. Contact us today for a quote!
We carry 6 Models of embossing seal presses.
All our standard embossing seals will embossers 24-40 lb single sheets of paper or standard foil embossing seal stickers. Please contact us if you want to emboss heavier paper stocks.
Brass and White Metal or Laser Engraved Delrin Dies – What’s The Difference?
There are two primary methods used to produce custom embossing seals. Traditionally, embossing seals were created by rotary engraving a pre-designed brass slug with the required text. A white metal alloy was then melted and applied to form the opposing die.
Modern embossing seals are produced using laser engraving technology. Your design is laser engraved directly into an extremely durable plastic called Delrin, allowing complete design flexibility without the need for predefined templates. Both the male and female dies are laser engraved to ensure a precise and consistent impression every time.
Unlike traditional brass seals with white metal dies that can gradually flatten with repeated use, laser-engraved Delrin dies are extremely durable and resist wear. If the information on your seal needs to be updated, the dies can also be easily replaced.
We manufacture our embossing seals using laser engraving and durable Delrin dies. This method provides greater design flexibility and allows us to produce high-quality corporate, notary, and stationery embossers at a competitive price, fully customized to your specifications.
