Saskatchewan Notary Public embossing seal, pre-configured layouts for a Saskatchewan Notary Public.

This embosser unit is held in your hand like a large pair of pliers or a handheld stapler. The soft rubber handle makes it comfortable when held, and its revolutionary mechanism gives you a 30% mechanical advantage over traditional embossers. Does require some hand strength. Comes with a hard plastic carrying case. 1 5/8 inch diameter imprint size, 1 1/2 inch reach.

Available in seven layout options. We will contact you if there are any problems fitting your text. We will arrange your text as the sample, adjusting the text to fit the area.

These notary embossers will bear YOUR NAME around the top and “SASKATCHEWAN” around the bottom.

    Normally your full legal name. Most provinces require your full legal name as registered with your law society.

  • *Embossing Position

    Select the position that you want to emboss your paper from. The default position is from the bottom of the paper but the dies can be mounted so you can emboss from the top or bottom or the left or right hand side.

  • Do you need a digital copy of your impression.

    Do you require a digital copy for directly embedding in your documents?   We can do that.   We provide two images, one a jpg image and one a png file; the png file will have a transparent background.    Both files are 300 dpi, suitable for print.

  • Would you like to see a proof before manufacturing?

    If requested, a PDF proof will be sent to the email you provide at checkout within 12 hours of your order (business days).  Please watch your e-mail check your junk email folder and make sure to provide us an email address that can receive an email with attachments. If you do not receive an email within 12 hours please contact us.
